The Commando by Ben McKelvey. AFL Prospect from Burnie (Tas), Cameron Baird, gave it all up at 18 years to joined the ADF and after exhausting rotations as a member of the Special Forces Unit in Afghanistan, Iraq, East Timor - he became a Legend within his unit. As Australia's last battlefield casualty he was awarded the Victoria Cross to go with his previously awarded Medal for Gallantry. This is a story of sacrifice, mateship and bloody duty.
